Customs Fees

Shipments outside of Europe may be subject to customs fees, depending on your country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. You are responsible for these fees. 

Damage during Shipping

We'll ask for a photo of the damaged goods, and will send a replacement. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once you receive your tracking number via email, it is your responsibility to check on the shipping status and get in touch with your local mail carrier in case they fail to leave a notice.

In the event your package gets returned to us, please understand that we may have to charge you for re-shipping.

Shipment Issues

Exchanges can be made within 30 days in cases of manufacturing defect.

Return are accepted within 30 days, with proof of purchase. Items must be unused and the original packaging.

Please note, return shipping is at your expense; however, we will ship you exchanged items free of charge once your package is received. Any goods that are not returned in the original condition will be returned to you at your expense.
